Livens Group, branded as Livens, was established in 2023 under the Mango Tree by Kisembo Brian, a former Fine Art teacher from Hoima, Uganda with a mission of developing technical solutions that enhance consumer freedom and privacy in the digital and financial system.

 

In 2018, while in class teaching, he introduced a new topic to the learners about logo designing and how to develop a successful brand.

Students requested a sample sketch on the chalkboard, which he did.

 

He started developing different ideas and sketches on the chalkboard, and this is how he came up with the first logo and a business name of Livens, a name that means Life in rememberance of  the mistakes and failures he had gone through.

However, he had to do his business differently from other companies and competitors.

 

He started doing research about e-Commerce, Cyber Security, Crypto Currency, Digital Assets, NFTS, Artificial Intelligence, and Blockchain Technology because he knew it was going to be the future.

 

In 2019, he told his Co- Teachers that he was leaving school to concentrate on his business idea, developing Blockchain strategies and solutions with no money, no physical address and no rich father or Uncle to sponsor the projects but sharing the vision with friends that they shall be the leading tokenization company in the future helping micro, small and medium enterprises (SME) to buy and sell their products and services online.

 

The first product they sold online in Crypto Currency YEM (Your Everyday Money) was a school bag sold worth $30 (120,000 Ugx), yet they had invested in $5 (20,000 Ugx) as capital.

 

On 21 February 2023, Livens International Ltd was duly incorporated in Uganda as a technology company led by Brian Kisembo, a former Fine Art teacher in Hoima District.

 

Livens International is focusing on the immerging markets like Construction, Real Estate, Agriculture, Education, Art and Design, Entertainment, Solar Energy,  Health Care, Retail, e-Commerce, Digital Assets, Cyber Security, Fintec and Blockchain Technology.

 

Currently, we are building the first African owned Digital Shopping Center using Blockchain Technology and Crypto Currency as a mode of payment for easy, faster, and secure transactions for cross-border payments.
